All Grades Football Meeting: June 6th, 6:00pm OHS Commons
First day of Summer Weight Lifting: (ALL Football players)
June 13th up stairs in high school weight room. 7:45am for Juniors and Seniors 8:45am for Freshmen and Sophomores. Speed training follows weight lifting. Sign up using blog post below this one.
June 13th, 15th and July 11th, 13th- Summer Practice (Helmets only) 4:00-7:00pm. Meet in OHS Commons unless notified otherwise. Each day will have a 2 hour practice. First part will be in the classroom teaching some aspect of our scheme.
Summer 7 on 7 passing league at UWL- June 19th, 26th, July 10th, 17th, 24th. Earliest start time is 4:00pm. Exact schedule yet to come.
4th-9th Grade Skills Camp- June 20th- 21st, July 11th,12th, 25th, 26th 2:30-4:00pm This camp will help get all of our youth football players ready for football by teaching them the skills and scheme they will need heading into the fall. Incoming 9th graders will begin to install the basic freshmen playbook. The more incoming freshmen that we can get signed up for this camp, the further along the team will be heading into practice. Cleats are the only equipment needed. Sign up via Park and Rec Website found here.
Youth Football Camp (1st through 8th Grade)- July 25th-26th 4:00-6:00pm. This camp will introduce and expand upon the football skills of our youth football players at all levels. Attendees will be taught age appropriate drills that will help them succeed at the level of football they will be playing this fall. Sign up and bring a friend with as this camp is always a lot of fun. Our current OHS football players help lead the camp and lead flag football games to finish each day.
