Boys Hockey will have open ice times on Tuesdays and Thursdays- meaning they will lift at a later time than normal on those days.
Boys Basketball will have open gyms on Monday's and Thursday's at Eagle Bluff from 7:30-8:30. Therefore on those days the Basketball team will lift at 8:45 (or when they get back from open gym)
This year speed training will have a conditioning focus on 2 days of the week and speed training focus on 2 days of the week. Many athletes wanted more conditioning work and this is how we have worked it in. Conditioning days we will focus on competitive conditioning such as hill sprints, tire flips, sled pulls and other intense conditioning events. Bring cleats if you have them as we will be outside most days and the track will be resurfaced meaning most work will be done at Lawcon (football practice field)
