Key Points from Fall Sports Meeting

All athletes need physicals to practice, if you do not know if you need one, contact coach Yashinsky immediately.
All athletes need to be registered for sports- This takes the place of many forms that previously needed to be filled out. https://onalaska-ar.rschooltoday.com/ Click link to register.
Impact testing is needed every 2 years. If you were not impact tested last year, there will impact testing July 31st at 2:00pm in Writing Lab by LMC

Tardiness to practice will not be tolerated- Do not be late.
Gatorade bars and gatorade will be available for $1.00 each during our break at practice-- athletes will not leave during that time.
Varsity and JV players will lift 2 times a week. Choice between Sunday 6:00pm/ Monday 6:00am also Wednesday 6:00am.
Mouthguards will be available for $5.00 each.
Missing practice at all levels will result in loss of playing time. There are very few acceptable excuses for missing practice.
Freshmen leadership class will be August 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, @ 2:30pm in Room 105
Gold cards are out for sale, if you were not at meeting you will get them August 1st. Please install and use Route Hack app on phone while selling- it will prevent you from going to a house someone already sold to. Link to information is here.
